PayBot is free to install. Once your members are paying you, PayBot keeps a small 3% share of those sales. Stripe's own processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US) apply separately.
One-Time Payment Questions
Can I charge more than $5,000 for a one-time purchase?
Yes. If you're delivering $50,000+ of value (business transformation, executive coaching), charge accordingly.
Is access permanent or time-limited?
Your choice. By default, one-time purchases grant permanent access (lifetime). You can optionally set role expiration for event tickets, trial periods, or program durations.
Can I combine one-time payment with a recurring subscription?
Absolutely. Create both as separate tiers (e.g., $5,000 entry fee + $297/month ongoing). This is the recommended high-ticket model.
What happens if someone requests a refund?
Issue the refund in your Stripe dashboard or from Discord. A full refund removes their Discord role automatically, and the buyer gets a DM. A partial refund leaves access in place.
Can I offer payment plans instead of one payment?
You can simulate payment plans by creating a subscription tier (e.g., $550/month × 5 months). When complete, manually upgrade them to permanent access.
Do payment links work for one-time purchases?

How do I upgrade someone from a program to mastermind?
Sell the mastermind as its own subscription product. A graduate who buys it keeps the one-time role they already have (e.g., @Graduate) and gains the mastermind role.
